I saw the film a day after it had its premiere in Finland (2.11.). All in all the film seemed to be the best I had seen for quite some time. To me it was a perfect musical with everything that I could’ve wanted. For example it had really good banter between the band members, substantial amount of drama and romance and luckily it still didn’t turn out to be a drama about a man dying of AIDS.

The real surprise was to see Mike Myers (playing as Ray Foster) although you could barely recognize him under all the makeup and costume.
